Prairie SERVE

Love God / Love the World

A one week experience for high school students in which they see how God is at work out on the Prairie. We work with the Native people of the Ho Chunk tribe with Winnebago Reformed Church, as well as a local Lao Christian community in Sioux City, Iowa who are members of Siouxland Unity Church. The week is a time of worship, service, and community in the month of July.

An important part of the experience is a pilgrimage out to Wounded Knee so students can learn more about the Lakota experience, and see how God is at work among the Native people.
